Pricing Desk

Our Pricing Desk service streamlines the process of obtaining competitive quotes from carriers, ensuring you get the best rates and terms for your air cargo needs. We handle everything from creating and launching RFQs to evaluating responses and negotiating favorable terms.

$2500 per RFQ plus .02/kg for every .07/kg improvement YoY

By proactively managing the implementation phase, we help maintain continuity, minimize disruptions, and set the foundation for a successful long-term partnership.

We work for you.

Our hourly rate is $245, but we aim to provide flat-fee pricing whenever possible, ensuring cost clarity from the start. For more complex projects requiring detailed negotiations, documentation, auditing, or customized solutions, a written estimate will be presented upfront. If unforeseen circumstances require additional time or changes to scope, a discussion regarding pricing will occur before further work continues. We value our customer centric approach and strive for win-win results.
